# Field notes, not a directory

26 Jul 2026Marek.

Most tool lists are scraped. This one is not. Every entry here earns its place by carrying real work in a real workflow, or it does not get written up.

## How a verdict gets decided

A tool moves through three states:

- **WATCHING** means it looks promising but has not carried real work yet.
- **TESTED** means it did a job end to end at least once.
- **RUNNING** means it runs in daily production and I would notice if it broke.

## What you will find here

Short write-ups on what shipped, what got cut, and why. No sponsored placements, no affiliate detours. If you want the current shortlist, see the [tool list](https://getagenttools.com/tools/). If your team wants to build one of these workflows with you, there is [training](https://getagenttools.com/#training).
