This policy explains what personal data getagenttools.com collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

## Who we are

The data controller for getagenttools.com is Marek Saniawa, an individual based in Poland. If you have any question about your data or about this policy, email [human@getagenttools.com](mailto:human@getagenttools.com).

## What we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, The Agent Stack, we collect your email address and the date and time of your signup. That is all. We do not collect your IP address, your browser user agent, or any other profile data at signup.

## Why we collect it and the legal basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you the newsletter you asked for. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. We confirm that consent with a double opt-in. After you sign up we send you an email with a confirmation link, and you only join the list once you click it.

## Who processes your data

We use two processors to run the site and the newsletter:

- **MailerLite** delivers the newsletter emails. Your email address is stored in MailerLite for this purpose. MailerLite processes the data inside the EU.
- **Google Analytics 4** gives us aggregate statistics about how the site is used. It runs only after you accept analytics cookies. See Cookies and analytics below.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed here.

## How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. Once you do, we remove you from the active list.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- access the data we hold about you,
- have it corrected if it is wrong,
- have it erased,
- restrict how we process it,
- receive it in a portable format,
- withdraw your consent at any time. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link.
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO / PUODO).

## Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and which pages are read. Analytics cookies are off by default. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google Analytics stores analytics data only after you accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it by clearing site data.

## How to unsubscribe

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately. You can also email [human@getagenttools.com](mailto:human@getagenttools.com) and we will remove you by hand.

## Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes that affect the newsletter will be announced in the newsletter itself.
